The Organic Farm De Nicolo Maria laid its first stone in 1987. Salvatore (the father), Maria (the mother), Manuel, and Alex (the children) make up the farming family that owns the company and the associated Educational Farm "Nature and Taste."
The farm covers approximately 35 hectares, on meadows and pastures of low mountains (from 600 to 1,100 meters above sea level).
